Adele Fairbetter Russell, 85, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018. Visitation: 6 pm – 8 pm Tuesday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth. Service: 10 am Wednesday, Everman United Methodist Church, 530 Townley Dr., Everman. Interment: Everman Cemetery, Everman. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorial may be given to, Eveman United Methodist of Everman, P O Box 40825, Everman, TX 76140. Adele was born on April 25, 1933 in Winters, Texas to Milton and Lucretia Fairbetter. She worked as a clerk in the Kennedale Library. Adele enjoyed sewing and quilting, and she loved musicals and going to Casa Manana. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Everman for over 50 years. Adele was the widow of Wade Thomas Russell, and preceded in death by her brother, Milton Fairbetter. Survivors: Children, Steve Russell, Marc Russell and wife Tresa, Jonathan Russell and wife Katie, and Stephanie Russell; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson; brother, Bill Fairbetter; and extended family and friends.
