Ailene B. Green, 95, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015. Gathering of friends: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Drive, Fort Worth. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials may be given to Envoy Hospice, 1412 W. Magnolia Ave., Suite 100, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Ailene was born June 3, 1920, in Fort Worth. She married Richard T. Green in 1936. Ailene worked for Justin Boots and opened the first Merribee Handicraft Store for Tandy. Her last job was driving for her son's company, Green Specialty Services, and the customers loved her. Ailene will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the caregivers of Citiview Care Center and Envoy Hospice. Ailene was preceded in death by her husband in 1967 and her daughter, Patricia Ailene Klug. Survivors: Sister, Idelle Davis; son, Richard Green and wife, Janet; granddaughters, Robin Willis and husband, Joe, Sharon Klug, Tracy Garcia and Roxie Reese; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
