Amanda Alice Martin, of Graford, Texas, passed away on April 26, 2024.

Amanda was born in Dallas, Texas on February 2, 1963, to Eddie Lynn Morphis and Mary Queen Haygood. She grew up in Grand Prairie, TX and graduated from South Grand Prairie High School. Amanda later went on to marry and have her daughter Fallon. After some time, she went back to school to be a Nursing Assist, where she was able to provide to others in need. Amanda also made sure that she had a special place in her heart for all of the children in her family. She was like a second mother to many of them.

Amanda enjoyed shopping for antiques, going to the movies, spending time with family, and reading as many books as she could.

Amanda is survived by her mother Mary, her daughter Fallon, her brother Eddie Jr and his spouse Tammi, her sisters Monica, and Melissa and spouse Doug, her nieces Brittany and her spouse Jason, Taylor, Brandi, and Savannah, her nephews Wesley, and Dakota, her grandchildren Makenna, Layla, and Jaxon, her great nephews Ryan, Coltyn, and Luke, her great niece Tiffani.

Amanda is preceded in death by her father Eddie Lynn Morphis.
