Survivors: Husband, Sam Floyd; sons, Kenneth Floyd and wife Debbie, Gene Floyd and wife Donna, and Daniel Floyd and wife Renee; daughters, Lee Crowder and husband Rick, and Sarah Rozzell; sisters, Avis Cummings and Virginia Gustafson; and nine grandchildren.
