Audrey Morgan Bowland, 89, passed away July 13, 2017. Audrey was born on May 18, 1928 in Verbena, Alabama to Charles Robert Bowland and Sarah Lorraine Bowland. He spent 6 years in the United States Army, serving in WWII and the Korean War in which he received a WW II Victory Medal and an Army of Occupation Medal. He worked in the oil fields for several years until he moved from Olney, Texas to Fort Worth, Texas. For the majority of his working life he was long haul truck driver until he retired. Survivors: Audrey is survived by his children, Christine Bradley, Anthony Morgan Bowland, Jimmy Bowland, Julie Woodard, Gay Cloud, Sheila Flanagan; 3 brothers; 1 sister; 12 grandchildren: 18 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
