Austin James Mills, 27, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 15, 2017. Celebration of Life: 11 a.m. Thursday, University Baptist Church Chapel, 2720 Wabash Ave, Ft. Worth. Austin was born on August 21, 1989 in Fort Worth to Jim and Carole Mills. He was a 2008 graduate of Arlington Heights High School. Austin enjoyed fishing, running, hiking, kayaking, and generally being outdoors. He was a gentle soul. Austin was preceded in death by his father. Survivors: Mother, Carole Mills; son, Evan Winemiller; maternal grandparents, Bill and Martha Shaw; cousin, Asa Shaw; girlfriend, Cheyenne Norris; best friend, Josh Morgan; brothers, Eric and Kyle Mills; sister, Tristen McDonald; his beloved dog, Sasha; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
