Betty Louise Shreck was surrounded by her family and loved ones as she was called home on January 29, 2017. Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home 6009 Wedgwood Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76133. A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Betty was born on October 16, 1933 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado to Joe and Mildred Mosher. She married the love of her life, Loren Kenneth Shreck on February 25, 1955. Together they were blessed to have eight children, twelve grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, and even a couple of great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, several of her brothers and sisters, her adoring husband, and three of her daughters, Lorna, Mary and Eddie May, who are all waiting to greet her when she arrives home. She is survived by her brother and sister, Joseph and Gladys, her children, Leon and Sandy Shreck, Leona Bishop, Nona and John White, Owen Shreck, and Andy and Malia Shreck, along with their children and even their children's children. Betty was loved and adored and will be greatly missed.
