Interment: 11:30 a.m. Turday, October 22, 2019, Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211. Betty was born March 1, 1944 in Conway, S.C. to mother, Ressie M. Housand and father, Clyde T. Shelley, both from Tabor City, S.C. She met the love of her life in 1960, Myrtle Beach S.C. and remained married & completely devoted to each other for 58 years. Betty leaves behind a legacy of pure strength & courage. "Never Give Up" A true warrior! She is survived by her loving & devoted husband & family Howard O. Wilderman. Survivors: Daughters, Kecia M. Wilderman (Benbrook) Katheryn M. Wilderman (Azle); grandsons, Trevor & Ian Armstrong (Azle); and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews back home in her beloved South Carolina.
