Billy Von Duggan, 82, went to be with the Lord December 28, 2016. Service: Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 1 p.m. at Marty Leonard Chapel, 3131 Sanguinet St, Fort Worth, TX 76107 with a visitation starting at 12 p.m. Billy was born June 25, 1934 in Rising Star, TX to R.E. and Opal Duggan. He enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with family. He loved the Lord and his wife Jerry. Survivors: Wife, Jerry Duggan; sons, Billy Duggan and wife Paula, Terry Duggan and wife Anne; grandchildren, Paula Beasley and husband, Michael, Michael Duggan, Lauren Duggan, Jerica Lopez, Travis Duggan, Ashleigh Duggan and Madison Duggan; Braden, Emma, Sophie and Jaylie; brother, R.E. Duggan, Jr. and sister, Modene Duddington.
