Blake Evans Nodwell, 28, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Graveside Service: Due to restrictions, the family will have a private graveside at Greenwood Memorial Park. The family will invite friends to view by facebook live. Blake was born on September 24, 1991 in Ft Worth to Monte and Jennifer Nodwell. He was a 2010 graduate of Mansfield High School where he played soccer. Blake was a great soccer player playing select soccer for the Dallas Texans and Solar. He received his business degree from the University of North Texas, where he was a member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity. Blake was a big Dallas Mavericks fan, and loved his dog Kaden. Survivors: Mother, Jennifer Nodwell and husband Charles Daugherty; father, Monte Nodwell and wife Stephanie; brother, Chase Nodwell; maternal grandmother, Suzetta Holman; maternal grandfather, Gene Holman; paternal grandparents, Paula and Lee Nodwell; step brothers, Brnadon and John Queen, and Clanton Daugherty; uncle, Jeff Holman and wife Tanya and Kevin Nodwell; and numerous cousins and extended family.
