Carl A. Carter, passed on May 15, 2019. Services will be held privately. Carl was born on March 7, 1964 in Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated O.D. Wyatt High School in 1982. Carl played N.F.L. for 7 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, John L. Carter and Althia Lusk Jones. Survivors: Sons, Carl Carter, Jr. and wife Racheal; and Chris Carter; grand-children, Carmelo, Charlize, Christopher, Sophia, Cayden; sister, Marilyn Martin; brother, Tarrance Jones; step-father, T.J. Jones; and extended family.
