Carol Jo Sullivan, 69, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211. Carol was born on March 21, 1946 in El Dorado, KS to Bob and Evelyn Sammons. She worked for 20 years as a cashier for Krogers. Carol enjoyed embroidering quilts and playing computer games. Survivors: Husband, John Sullivan; sons, Frisco Sullivan and wife Stacy, and J. R. Wilder; daughter, Stacey Creasey; mother, Evelyn Place; brother, Rick Sammons and wife Son; grandchildren, Lowry Harris, Mykayla Wilder, Van Wilder, Jesse Creasey, and Liz Sullivan; and niece, Christina Sammons.
