Chiyoko Rogers, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Due to the current Covid Crisis a memorial service will be held at a later date. Chiyoko was born on February 10, 1943 in Okinawa, Japan. She owned and operated Kimiko Flower Garden in Fort Worth for many years. Chiyoko loved to read and she especially loved arranging flowers and her customers. She also loved country and western dancing.
