Fort Worth -- Cynthis Renee Mathis died peacefully Sunday, Nov. 13, 2022 at age 42. Cindy was a hardworking woman and loved both her children and grandchildren fiercely.

"Therefore, you now have sorrow, but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you." John 16:22

She will be greatly missed. She was preceeded in death by her mother, Tammy Lynn Champion.

Survivors: Daughters, Alexis Cowley, Matie Maldonado, Britni Maldonado, and Kelli Maldonado; sons, Jared Mathis and Lukas Hay; husband, Louis Maldonado; grandchildren, Harper Cowley and Colson Glover; father, Andy and Laurie Champion; sisters, Jackie Marchewka and Tamara Champion; brother, Andrew Champion.
