BURLESON -- Dan Allen Bassham, of Burleson, passed away January 17, 2014 in Fort Worth. Memorial Service: 1 pm Wednesday, Calvary Church, 700 McPherson Rd, Ft. Worth. He was born Oct 26, 1955 to the late Allen and Darlin Bassham and was a lifelong Fort Worth area resident. Dan worked his entire life in the trucking industry, most recently as a dispatcher with SAR Transportation. His greatest joy was his family, and time spent with his wife, sons and grandchildren. Dan never met a stranger, and once you knew him, you were a friend for life. His wit and humor will be missed by all who knew him. He was predeceased by his parents, and son, Chad.
