Dorothy Jean McKay, 85, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth. Service: 12 p.m. Saturday, Beach Street Baptist Church, 2220 N. Beach St, Haltom City. Dorothy was born on June 28, 1929 in Burleson, TX to Thomas and Betty Buck. She enjoyed her cat, reading and shopping. Dorothy will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, John H. McKay, her, son, James McKay, her brother, James Buck, and her sister, Ruthie Mae Hawhthorne. Survivors: Son, Terry L. McKay; grandson, Michael McKay and his mother, Elaine Goodspeed; and extended family and friends.
