Dot Parish, 76, passed away June 6, 2017. Service: 11 a.m., Saturday, at Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76133. A visitation will be 6 - 8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Dot Parish was born November 2, 1940 in Liverpool, Texas to Claude and Elva Smith. She loved cooking and made the best pralines. She was also a talented seamstress. Dot was married for over 60 years to Don Parish. Survivors: Husband, Don Parish; daughter, Pam Oliver and husband, Wayne; son, Gary Parish and wife, Janet; brother, Charles Smith and wife, Betty; sister, Elva Joyce Stoker; grandchildren, Marcus Oliver, Amy Hale and husband, Brian, Rachel Parish, Kyle Parish and Kristan Medina; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Eli and River; and numerous nieces and nephews she adored.
