Ethel Marie Napier, 74, passed away July 7, 2015. Service: 3 p.m., Sunday at New Hope United Pentecostal Church, Electra, TX. Ethel was born May 4, 1941 in Somerville, New Jersey to James and Lillian Butler. She was a devoted Pentecostal woman all of her life. Ethel loved kids and helped raise many children through the years. She is preceded in death by her husband Ray Napier. Survivors: Sons, Thomas Napier, Donnie Napier and wife Mary, Leon Napier and wife Ashley, Ronnie Napier and wife Kim and Jonathan Napier; 5 siblings; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
