In memory of a loving father, brother and son . . . Fredrick Wayne Blythe, 54, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016.
Fredrick was born on July 3, 1962, in Fort Worth to Jim Blythe and Zella Marie Collup. He loved to play the guitar and classic music.
Fredrick will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors: Son, Jonathan Blythe; father, Robert Collup; brothers, Les Blythe and Warren Lee Maughan.
