George Petku, 89, passed away on January 2, 2015. Service: 1:30 p.m. Monday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwod Dr., Fort Worth. George was born on April 25, 1925 in Yugoslavia to Pavel and Eva Petku. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. George enjoyed gardening and was a longtime resident of Queens, New York. George was preceded in death by his wife Victoria Petku. Survivors: Daughters, Julie Jelovicic and Jane Mijhson; six grandchildren, Glenn Cutinello, Eric Jelovcic, Joseph Jelovcic, Sean Mihjson, Dino Mihjson, and Vanessa Mihjson; and a host of extended family and friends.
