Hogan Payne Bruce, 24, passed away on November 29, 2021, in Cleburne, Texas. Born to the late Steve Bruce and Suzanne Bruce, Hogan was their youngest child and their only son. He admired his father immensely and adored his mom often being called a "mama's boy". Hogan missed his father after his passing and found happiness by following in his footsteps working for BNSF Railroad repairing train cars. He had a lifelong passion for baseball and his talent was evident when he took his place on the pitching mound. He loved cheese pizza, cheeseburgers plain and dry, and rescuing every stray animal that crossed his path. He had the biggest heart, the best sense of humor, and loved making people laugh. One of Hogan's greatest accomplishments was his son, he loved being a dad and it suited him. Hogan will be missed by all those who knew and loved him, and we rejoice knowing he is now reunited with his father.
