James Richard Hall was born to the parentage of James Morris and Mary Harley-Hall on September 4, 1954, in Long Beach, California. He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. James was employed by the United States Postal Service and was due to retire April 2, 2021 after 43 years of service. James was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Hall; son, Steven Hall; granddaughter, the apple of his eye, Zayley Teeler; brother, Michael Hall; ex-wife, Terrie Hall; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
