Janet Head Thomas was called to our Lord on January 23, 2017. She passed away in her Plano, Texas home from natural causes. Memorial Service: 10:00 a.m. Sunday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth, TX 76133. Janet was born December 13th, 1952 in Fort Worth Texas to Troy and Beulah Head. She was both an avid learner and successful businesswomen. Janet obtained both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Accounting. She also had a CPA license and participated in continuing education to retain her certification until her death. Janet loved to travel for adventure, cultural knowledge, and fun. She also loved animals – her own and every other animal she encountered. She was an avid gardener and was not afraid to tackle any home project – regardless of the difficulty or labor involved. She was always searching for her next great home project or travel adventure. She is proceeded in death both parents and her brother, Stanley, and is survived by her step-mother, Rea Head, and brother, Randy Head. Janet was loved by many people and animals, and she will be missed by all.
