Janice P. Dikes, 79, of Crowley, Texas, passed away on April 10, 2023.

Janice was born in Alexandria, Louisiana to Welcome Nathaniel Penny and Gertrude Crooks on February 19, 1944. She enjoyed a career in banking, which ended in Fort Worth after becoming an assistant vice president. More importantly, she was the most valuable financial advisor to her family. Her dedication to detail and stretching scarce resources while building savings allowed her and her husband to have a successful retirement.

She thoughtfully enjoyed travels with the family's 5th Wheel to see parts of this country they could only dream about. One of her favorite hobbies on their travels was to visit as many wineries as possible.

Janice is survived by her husband, James, and her three sons: James Duwayne, Michael David, and Barry Allen. She was also a proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren.

Janice was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
