Janice Marie McBride Stevens, 65, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017. Gathering of Friends to Celebrate Janice's Life: 2 pm Saturday, at the family home. Janice was born on August 16, 1951 in Christopher, Il to Hurby and Elva Marie McBride. She was an artist drawing with pencil, painting with oil and sculpting with clay. Janice enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family. Janice was a Registered Nurse at Arlington Memorial Hospital, Parkland and Doctors Memorial Hospital before transitioning to home health care. Janice was preceded in death by her parents and her niece, Julie McBride Hopper. Survivors: Husband, Terry Stevens; son, Cory Stevens and fiancée Morgan Patterson; brothers, Larry McBride and wife Sharon, and Gary McBride and his wife Cindy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
