Jesse Alan
Martin Sr.
Feb 8, 1985 — Aug 19, 2026
Fort Worth, Texas
Saturday

Starts at 1:30 pm (Central time)
Jesse Alan Martin Sr., 41, born February 8, 1985, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Jesse, an old soul with a traditional heart, lived life with grit, humor, and a fierce devotion to the people he loved. He worked hard and played harder. He was a friend to many, a father to five, and a soulmate to one. For those fortunate enough to break through his tough exterior, he was a warm, joy-filled spark with a gooey center that could light up any room.
Born in Fort Worth, Texas to Christy and Monte Martin, Jesse was the youngest of four and wild as the wind. Adventurous from the start, he carried childhood stories that could silence a room and hold everyone captive with laughter, shock, or awe.
Jesse became a father at a young age to his first-born son, Jesse Alan Martin Jr., and stepdaughter, Teryn Lynn Schlote. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and loved them deeply. Years later, he rekindled a childhood friendship that grew into a lifelong love with the woman who became his wife, Alina Martin. Over 28 years they cared for one another, 21 years they devoted themselves to building a life together, and 6 beautiful years they shared in marriage. Their love brought three more children into the world: Abigail Martin, Madison Martin, and Jack Martin. Jesse was proud of all his children, but when his first grandchild, Ivie Keller, was born, a new kind of joy lit his eyes — a twinkle that never faded.
Throughout his life, Jesse worked in the oilfield, abroad in Malaysia, land clearing, and heavy equipment operation, but his greatest pride was being a father and a husband. He was a simple man in the best way — he worked, he entertained his Lynn’s Saloon family, and he cared fiercely for his own. Known for his legendary trash talk and impeccable taste in music, Jesse was the life of the party, the challenger of boredom, and a man whose presence made ordinary moments unforgettable.
Jesse is survived by his mother, Christy Reveile; father, Monte Martin; wife, Alina Martin; children, Teryn Schlote, Jesse Martin Jr., Abigail Martin, Madison Martin, and Jack Martin; granddaughter, Ivie Keller; brothers, David Reveile and Anthony Martin; sister, Jennifer Zumwalt; grandmother, Delilah Murray; and numerous extended family members who loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his stepfather, James Reveile; uncle, Johnny Pilcher; father-in-law, Ronald J. Cole; mother-in-law, Deborah Cole; and his loyal dog, Jack.
Services will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at The Church at Azle, 1801 S. Stewart Street, Azle, TX 76020, followed by a graveside service at Ash Creek Cemetery, 310 South Stewart Street, Azle, TX 76020.
