John Leland Williams, 78, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015. Service: A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at First United Methodist Church of Colleyville, 1000 Church St., Colleyville, TX 76034. John was born on June 11, 1937 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Lloyd and Rosalie Williams. He loved the Grapevine Opry and volunteered to build stages and anything else they needed. John also loved to fish and spend time with his family. John was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents and brother. Survivors: Wife, Donna Williams; sons, Stephen S. Williams and wife Vivian, Douglas K. Williams and wife Judy, and Eric Williams and wife Tammy; grandchildren, Amy Altamerino and husband Ed, Jamie Kirkham and husband John, Tori Williams, Andy Kirkham, and Emily Williams; great-grandchildren, Camryn, Logan, Sidney, Xavier, Ciera; and extended family.
