Kerry Eugene Moseley, 79, was born November 3, 1946, the son of the late Edward Eugene and Jerry Jean Richardson- Moseley. He entered his eternal rest peacefully on June 2, 2026, at his residence. Mr. Moseley grew up in his hometown of Fort Worth graduating from R.L. Paschal High School with the Class of 1965. Later, Kerry attended the University of Texas- Arlington where he graduated in 1969. After much education he married his sweetheart, Ann Reagan, and they moved to San Antonio where Mr. Moseley studied law at Saint Mary’s University School of Law graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence.

After the years in San Antonio preparing for his life’s work as an attorney, the couple made their return to Fort Worth where Kerry established a law practice specializing in Wills, Probate, and Guardianship. As a full-time attorney he still found time to serve his community as a member of the Southside and Fort Worth Lions Clubs along with the Moslah Shrine Temple. He also was highly active in the establishment of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association where he also served as the organization president.

Mr. Moseley is survived by his wife Ann, son, Scott Moseley; daughter, Lee Moseley; grandson, Roman Moseley; sisters, Darlene Couch and Christy Daniel; and a brother Kent Moseley, along with many nieces, nephews, and a host of Fort Worth friends. Kerry was a Christian with his membership in the First United Methodist Church of Forth Worth where a memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 3:00 pm Monday July 6, 2026. The church location is 800 5th Street downtown Fort Worth.
