Marshall Van (Boonie) Grimes, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Van was born on February 6, 1958 in Odessa, Texas. A beloved Son, Father, Brother and Uncle. Boonie was a avid NASCAR fan, he loved all types of racing. Van was an accomplished Motocross Rider and Drag Boat Racer. Survivors: Son, Zach and wife, Brytany, and his mother, Tricia; granddaughter, Maci; mother, Doris Hilliard; father, Harlan and wife, Jean; brothers, Steve and wife, Melody, and Mitch and wife Jeanette; niece and nephew, Jennifer Grimes and Jason Grimes; and extended family.
