Matthew was born to Elmer(Bud) and Barbara Holloway in St. Louis, MO on April 14th, 1961. He graduated from Viburnum High School in Viburnum, MO in 1979. He continued his education at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO and graduated in 1984. After college graduation Matt moved to Texas and began his sales career. The majority of his sales career was spent in orthodontic sales with Ormco. He loved sales and could sell anything! He never met a stranger and was everyone's friend! Matthew lost his life to liver cancer on April 3rd, 2020. Matthew is survived by his 6 children - Suzy Card(Andrew), Lizy Holloway, Andy Holloway(Tessa), Joey Holloway(Ivan Hall), Teddy Holloway, and Tommy Holloway. And 2 grandchildren - Aurora and Benjamin Card. Matthew is also survived by his mother - Barbara Hoffman in MO, and his sisters - Pamela Ems(Warren) and Kelly Holloway - both also in MO. A celebration of Matthew's life along with a memorial will be held at a later time. Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
