Mattie Mae Mayfield was born to late Jim and Mattie Ware on November 9, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas. She leaves to cherish her lovely memories; one brother, James H. Ware; one son, Artimus Mayfield, Jr.; four grandchildren, Jayla Moore Serenity Moore Zy'rie Mayfield Ay'mya Mayfield.
