Maudie Mandalene Farris, 85, of Gibtown, Texas passed away peacefully on January 3, 2023, after a courageous battle with Esophageal Cancer.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Monday January 9, 2023 at the Gibtown Cemetery, 7511 FM 2210, Poolville, TX 76487.

Maudie was born to Johnny Brown and Katie Judd Brown on January 25, 1937. She graduated from Poolville High School. She attended Gibtown Baptist Church where she was a faithful women who loved the Lord and community. Maudie will be dearly missed and be forever in our hearts.

Maudie was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Farris; and daughter, Wendy.

Maudie is survived by two daughters, Terry Ogle and husband Ricky, Patricia Dudley and husband Nathan; grandchildren, Jaime Hall, Shelby Wimberly, Tyler Brock, Sydney Wimberly, Taryn Ogle, Nathan Dee Dudley Jr, Ethan Dudley; and great grandchildren, Morgan Dudley, Jeremy Frost, Jasper and Jhett Hall, Hunter Brock.
