Mitzi Mims Webb, 73, passed away December 2, 2018. Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2018, Edgewood Memorial Park, 4200 Division Street, North Little Rock, AR 72118. Mitzi was born on February 14, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas, beloved daughter to Joseph Kenneth Webb and Mildred Emma Mims Webb. Mitzi was a friendly outgoing person who loved to be with people, always adapted to her situation without complaining. She loved music, singing, dancing, and church activities. Mitzi was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock. At her passing Mitzi resided at Bethesda Gardens Memory Care Community in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to that, Mitzi spent many happy years at the Arc of Arkansas Trinity Court Apartments in Little Rock. Mitzi is survived by her brother, Joe Bert Webb; nephews, John Joseph Webb and Mark Robert Webb; and niece, Judith Kay Blanchette; cousins, Barbara Lankford, Carl Powell, Jerry Wilbourn and Kathy Jolly.
