Norma Jean Phillips passed away on August 12, 2024, in Fort Worth, TX. Born on February 18, 1959, in Fort Worth, she was a dedicated and respected figure in the retail management sector, having served as a store manager at Kmart, and an assistant manager at Lowe's, and retiring from Walmart.

Norma is survived by her sons, Daniel Phillips and Taylor Phillips; and her brothers, Charles Dilldine, Robert Dilldine, and Harvey Dilldine. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Harvey Dilldine, and her husband, Eric Phillips.

A graduate of Lake Worth High School, Norma was known for her strong work ethic and leadership skills, which were evident throughout her career and appreciated by her colleagues and employees.

Norma's dedication to her family and her career left a lasting impact on all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
