Patricia Franklin accepted Christ and she was baptized at Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of Polytechnical High School's Pep Squad and Drill Team. After graduation, she pursued a career in customer service.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Barbara Jean Toston and James Lee Allen Sr.; her husband of 20 years, Ernest Franklin Jr.; stepfather, Dwayne Toston.

Patricia leaves to cherish her loving memories: brothers, Jerrold Wayne Jones (Monica), Donald Jones (Evelyn), James Lee Allen Jr., and Michael Allen; sister, Soccora Jones (Chadwick); special uncle, James Jones; special aunts, Helen Chap­ple and Gloria James; special nieces, Krishayna Allen, Karen Allen, Tara Smith (Mikal); special cousin, Robin Jones; and 8 special stepchildren; grand and great grandchildren; grand and great nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and dear friends
