Patsy Ruth Hughes, 88, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. Graveside Service: 12:30 pm Thursday, Restland Memorial Park, Dallas. Patsy was born on February 11, 1933 in Slick, Oklahoma to Lucy and Ross James. She grew up in Hargill, Texas before moving to Dallas where she lived for 55 years. Patsy and her husband loved to go dancing at the Tumble Weed. She was very devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Patsy is the widow of William Franklin Hughes. Survivors: Sons, Mike Hughes and his wife Debbie and Ron Hughes and his wife Leslie; grandchildren, Abby Hulett and her husband David, Michael Hughes and his wife Stephanie, David Hughes, Jeffrey Hughes and Austin Hughes; great-grandchildren, Alexis Hughes, Zoe Hulett, Ashton Hughes and Caleb Hughes; and extended family and friends.
