Pouran Ghaffarian, age 78, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016, after a valiant fight with cancer. Service: 2 pm Wednesday, April 6, at Fellowship Church, 2450 N. Hwy 121, Grapevine, TX 76051. Pouran was a gift from God to her children and grandchildren. She loved to sing and dance and praise God with every inch of her being. Pouran was preceded in death by her parents, Mohammad Eismael and Saltanat; and her husband Ali Asghar Ghaffarian. She is survived by her siblings, Nasrin, Majid Habibi, and Shadokht; her children, Medi and Sharon Ghaffarian of Barnsley, England; Reza and Mahnaz of Arlington; Fahimeh and Behzad Doroodchi of Lantana; Azita Ghaffarian of Lewisvile; her grandchildren, Shohrah Howard, Tony and Adan Ghaffarian, Joel and Samera Dominguez and Savanna Doroodchi, and Daniel Ghaffarian; her great-grand children Sienna, Dagan and Skyla Howard.
