Bob Campbell, 83, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Service: 2 pm Saturday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Ft. Worth., where the family will receive friends from 1 pm – 2 pm. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142. Bob was born on January 11, 1936 in Fort Worth to Robert Daniel and Cottie Louise Campbell. He loved to fish, play golf, watch football, and the Dallas Cowboys. He also loved to listen to Rock and Roll music. Bob was the quarterback at Paschal High School where he graduated in 1955. He retired from George Williams Insurance Co. Bob was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Bob was preceded in death by his son, Mark Campbell, and his sister Ann Brock. Survivors: Faye Campbell; children, Dan Musten and wife Jan and Kelly Pilkington; step children, Don Spann and wife Wanda, Tim Spann and wife Joyce, and Cathie Spepherd and husband Jack; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter; sisters, Mary Barry and Frances Olmos; and extended family.
