Rosa Elba Santiago Ramírez, 93, passed away Septem-ber 26, 2021. Rosa Elba was born on October 06, 1927 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico to Zoilo Santiago, and María Micaela Ramírez. She was the widow of Domingo Zapata Cruz. Mamá Elba (as known by many), was a very loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great- great grandmother. She was loved by everyone because of her giving, loving, caring ways. She will be missed by her immediate family and her large extended family members and friends. Survivors: Daughters, Nellie Zapata and Mildred Zapa-ta; Grandkids, Axel Reyes Zapata, Edward Reyes Zapa-ta, Carlos Rivera Zapata, Mildred González Zapata, Lilia González Zapata, and Jose (Pepito) González Za-pata; great grandkids, Christian Reyes, Angel Reyes, Shekinah Reyes, EJ Reyes, Jalizah Reyes, Aryanna Reyes, Alexah Reyes, Averie Reyes, Adelys Rivera, Alexis Rivera, Andy Rivera, Dariana Martínez, Darilis Martínez, Yanise González, Camille González; and her great -great grandkids; Sister, Julia Santiago, Brother, Wilson, nieces, and nephews.
