Ruben "Ruru" "Big Mexican" was born on April 3, 1973 in Oklahoma City, OK to Socorro and Carrie Loya. Ruben worked for the Texas Department of Transportation. He was a perfectionist and workaholic, who loved his crew very much. Ruben could fix anything that was broken. He loved rock music, golfing, fishing, tattoos and cruising on his bike. Recently he became a born again christian. Ruben loved his family very much. Survivors: Daughter, Gabriella Loya; sister, Lisa Heradia; father, Socorro Loya; step-father, Joe Dyhyj; nieces, Sabrina and Jessica; and nephew, Antonio and god-daughter, Elianna.
