Sharon Kay Boles Batchelder, 75, passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. Service: 4 p.m. Saturday, Martin Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 6009 Wedgwood Dr., Fort Worth, 76133. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at funeral home. Sharon was born on Aug. 13, 1939, in Oklahoma City to Wayland and Clyda Grace Boles. She earned a BA from SMU in 1960 and a Master of Education from TCU in 1978. Sharon taught English and Journalism at Castleberry High School. After teaching, she worked as a Realtor for Henry S. Miller and later her own brokerage. Sharon was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved taking care of her family and her puppies. She also enjoyed traveling to Colorado and many other states, England, Europe, and Asia. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Marcia Beth Boles Patterson and Barbara Ann Boles. Survivors: Husband of 54 years, Michael E.
