Sharon Ann Thomson 73, passed away peacefully April 3rd, 2017 in Kennedale, TX. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Sharon was born in Fort Worth, TX December 26th, 1943 to James & Doris Thomson. She graduated from Weatherford High school in 1962 & attended UTEP unitl she married Kenneth C. Owens in Alamogordo N.M. She held various educator positions with the Alamogordo Public Schools, and went on to receive her Bachelors degree in Government from NMSU. Sharon moved back to Texas in 1996 where she worked several years for McKesson Pharmaceuticals. Survivors: Sharon is survived by her children Travis & Paulette Owens of Coahoma Texas, Steve & Margaret Owens of Burleson Texas, K.D. Owens of Bedford Texas, Kenna Owens of Fort Worth Texas and many grand children, great grand children, nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother James Jr. and a son Robert Heath Owens.
