Steven Michael Broda, 48, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018. Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2018, at College Avenue Baptist Church, 1400 College Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104. Reception: A reception will follow at Texas Pit BBQ, 324 S Saginaw Blvd, Saginaw, TX 76179. Steve was born on August 2, 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky to Bonnie Ferguson and Carl Broda. He was a 1988 graduate of Bosewell High School. Steve served in the United States Army during Desert Storm. He was a huge NASCAR fan and enjoyed playing golf. Steve mostly loved spending time at home. Steve was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Ralph Williams. Survivors: Mother, Bonnie Allison; father, Carl Broda; significant other, Melissa Chamberlin and her children, Destiney and Jacob and granddaughter Eladey; sisters, Karen Richardson and Lisa Peterson and husband Guy; brother, Clay Allison; nephews, Tyler and Michael; niece, Sarah and extended family.
