Steven Lowell Fulbright, age 66, passed away in Arlington on Sept. 10, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Dollie Fulbright. He is survived by 3 children, Steven Fulbright, Nicole Brown and Louanne Fulbright; and 3 grandchildren, Britiani Brown, Jacob Brown and Caleb Brown, all of Arlington. Family has elected to hold private services.
