Tina Hammack, died peacefully at home in Decatur, TX on September 18, 2016 at the age of 59. Tina is survived by her daughters, Tiffany O'Bannon; Tonya Fish. Grandchildren Weston and Triniti O'Bannon; DreLynn, Destani, Dante Sanders. Sister Carol Saliba and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Billie and Maria; and her brother John Paul Petty. At Tina's request no services will be held.
