William Allison Horan, 88, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017. Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Greenwood Memorial Park, 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76107. William was born on August 18, 1928 in Port Arthur to Charles and Mildred Horan. He was the Co-Owner of Colonial-Jetton's Cafeterias for many years. William was inducted into the Texas Restaurant Association Hall of Fame. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. William enjoyed playing golf and snow skiing. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Charles W. Horan and Bob Horan, and a sister, Margaret Rogers. Survivors: Wife, Jeri Horan; children, Roy Horan and his wife Jean, Chris Horan, June Haygood, Holly Horan and her husband John Pluta, and Kathy Young; eight grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
